Save On Annual Heating & AC System Maintenance and Repairs

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Climatrol Comfort Club. This program is designed to provide a valuable service that will keep your home’s heating and AC cooling system clean and operating at peak efficiency throughout the year. This program also gives our homeowners the peace of mind of knowing that your systems will be ready for the oncoming heating and cooling season. As a Climatrol Comfort Club member, if your system should need service, you will receive priority service, as well 15% discount on all repairs!

The Comfort Club program runs from July 1st through June 30th of each calendar year, and allows for two (2) scheduled visits for both air conditioning season and heating season checks. Each visit typically takes 45 minutes to one hour to complete the required checks and inspections.

Comfort Club Maintenance Agreement Program

The Climatrol Comfort Club Base Maintenance Agreement Program ($189/yr. for two (2) seasonal visits) includes:

Clean and check air conditioner coils
Check starting capacities
Check and replace filters
Check and adjust airflow
Check temperature rise/fall
Check operating voltages

Check thermostat calibration
Check primary heat exchanger
Check gas piping and pressures
Check operating pressures
Check safety controls
Check and adjust blower components

Check condensate drains and overflows
Check electrical components
Lubricate moving parts (if applicable)
Application of protective wax on condenser
Check secondary heat exchanger
Check flue and burner box
